Fast-cure flooring
Fast-cure floors put a site back in service within hours. Polyac MMA is walkable after 1 hour at 20 °C, TL2 Flash cures in 4 hours, and SF12 takes light traffic within 5 hours at 25 °C — pick by the downtime you have and the service the floor faces.

FAQs about fast-cure flooring
How quickly can a floor be back in use?
Polyac MMA is the fastest: Polyac 12, 55, 61 and 62 are walkable or trafficable after 1 hour and take full mechanical load after 2 hours at 20 °C; Polyac M repair mortar is trafficable after 30 minutes.
Which epoxy cures fastest?
XE40 Hardener: light foot traffic after 6 hours and light mechanical traffic after 24, so base and topcoat can go down the same day. SF12 takes light traffic within 5 hours when applied at or above 25 °C.
Does cold weather slow the cure?
Yes. Polyac times are measured at 20 °C and lower temperatures extend them, although Polyac can be applied at low temperature. PA300 and PA315 polyaspartics are also made for low-temperature curing.
