Floors that contribute to Green Star credits must meet the VOC limits and carry the paperwork. Hychem WE70 and WE90 are compliant with Green Star Interiors VOC requirements (VOC certificates available); Hardenseal and SF25 meet Green Star requirements too.

Which Hychem products support Green Star?

WE90 and WE500 have Green Star VOC content certificates; WE70, WE90, SupaFloor SL, PA315 and PA Glaze 5 list Green Star Interiors v1.3 credits on their sheets; SF25 and Hardenseal comply with Green Star requirements.

What VOC content do the sheets show?

For example Hyclad E 9 g/L, SupaFloor SL 31 g/L, WE70 72 g/L and PA315 89 g/L, tested to ASTM D3960 and D2369. Certificates are available on request.

Can these floors go down in an occupied building?

The water-based epoxies are made for it: WE90 and WE500 have very low VOC emission and very low odour, and WE70 has ultra-low VOC emission.
