Low-VOC flooring
Low-VOC floors can be laid in occupied buildings with little odour. Hychem's water-based epoxies — WE70 clear, WE90 pigmented, WE500 self-smoothing and SF25 — have ultra-low or low VOC emissions.

FAQs about low-VOC flooring
Which Hychem floors are low VOC?
WE70 has ultra-low VOC emission; WE90 and WE500 very low VOC emission; SF25 low VOC emission; Epoxy Glaze 2, PA300 and Deckproof PU-1-SL are very low VOC on their sheets.
Are they low odour too?
WE90, WE500 and Epoxy Glaze 2 are very low odour; Hycrete TC is low odour and does not taint food.
What do the sheets measure?
VOC content to ASTM D3960 and D2369 — for example SupaFloor SL 31 g/L, WE70 72 g/L and PA315 89 g/L — and emissions to CA 01350 on the 2026 sheets.
